SEO work that ends in signups,
not a slide deck.

Whether I own search for you or advise the person who does, the work is the same: find the demand that converts, build the pages that answer it, and make sure your site can be read and cited by everything that now recommends software — Google and the AI assistants alike.

How we work together

Three ways in

Same work underneath — the difference is how much of it I own and for how long. We'll figure out which one fits on the call.

Project-Based SEO

A defined problem, a defined end.

A scoped engagement for a specific thing that needs solving, with a clear deliverable and a date it lands.

  • Technical audit with fixes in priority order
  • Site or domain migration that keeps its rankings
  • Keyword architecture and content strategy
  • GEO audit — why assistants do or do not cite you

Best for Teams with one problem blocking organic growth.

Advisory

Pressure-test the plan.

You have someone executing. You want a second opinion from someone who has done this before, available when decisions come up.

  • Recurring strategy calls
  • Async access for questions between calls
  • Review of your team's plans and output

Best for Founders and marketing leads with execution covered.

Pricing depends on scope, so I'd rather quote it after we've talked than post a number that fits nobody.

What the work covers

The actual scope

Not every engagement touches all of this. The plan says which parts yours needs.

Technical SEO
Crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, page templates, Core Web Vitals where it actually matters. Findings come in priority order with the effort noted, so your engineers can slot them into a sprint.
Keyword and content strategy
Mapping the queries your buyers use at each stage, deciding which ones are worth a page, and briefing those pages properly. Usually this means writing less than you expected and editing more.
Programmatic and template pages
Integrations, comparisons, use cases, location or category pages — the page types that scale if the template is right and quietly bloat your index if it is not.
GEO — generative engine optimization
Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI results can read your site, and whether they cite you when someone asks about your category. Partly technical, partly how clearly your pages state what you do, and partly presence on the third-party pages assistants already quote.
Migrations and replatforms
Redirect mapping, pre-launch checks, and post-launch monitoring, so a redesign or domain change does not cost you the rankings you already have.
Measurement
Tracking organic against signups, trials, and demos rather than sessions — so the next content decision has evidence behind it.

Getting started

Three steps, no sales process

  1. A call

30 minutes. Where organic sits now, what you need it to do, and whether I'm the right person for it.

  2. A short written plan

What I'd do first, in what order, and what I'd expect it to change. Scoped and priced. Yours whether or not you continue.

  3. The work

Fractional, project, or advisory, depending on what the plan needs. You always know what I am on this week.

Questions

Before you book

How long before I see results?

Technical fixes can move things in weeks. New content competing for a real commercial term usually takes a few months to settle, longer on a young domain. Anyone promising a date is guessing — I'd rather tell you what we'll know by when.

Do you write the content?

I brief and edit it, and I'll write where it makes sense. For volume, your writers or a freelancer working to my briefs is cheaper and usually better — they know your product.

What size company do you work with?

Mostly B2B SaaS from seed to Series B, plus bootstrapped companies with real revenue. The common thread is that someone cares about organic and nobody currently owns it.

Can you work with our existing agency?

Yes, and it's common in the advisory setup — I pressure-test the plan and review the output while they execute.

What do you need from us?

Analytics and Search Console access, someone who can approve content, and someone who can ship code. The last one is what most engagements actually bottleneck on.
